As a micro-VC fund, we specialize in Accountancy, Consultancy, Legal, Investments, HR Solutions, and Finance. Our Hands-on Incubator/Accelerator Program aims to provide entrepreneurs and startups with guidance, training, and mentoring to develop a long-term vision, company culture, marketing techniques, and improved market penetration. We prepare companies for investment and scaling up, acting as both investors and accelerators.

Our Program:

1. First Leg: 12-month Incubator/Accelerator program
   • 3-month hybrid training on fundamental business functions
   • 1-1 mentor meetings
   • Hands-on expert contributions
   • Credits/Perks including office space, software/tools, and services such as company establishment, legal, and marketing.
   • 15K USD cash payment with additional benefits totaling 75K USD in exchange for 7.5% equity.
2. Second Leg: 100K USD Cash Seed Investment
   • Awarded upon achieving pre-defined KPIs
   • 5% equity in return

Application Process:

• Start by filling out an application form on our website.
• Selected startups will undergo a 15-day due diligence process and negotiation stage.
• Program starts the week of November 4, 2024, with up to 8 selected startups.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Pre-seed and seed-stage startups.
• Focus on disruptive business models.
• Sector agnostic.
• No geographic limitations, but preference for startups operating in EMEA and the UK.
