Program Overview

SANDBOX is a Dubai-based, VC-backed accelerator by Oraseya Capital, targeting pre-Seed to Seed-stage technology startups. It is structured into two phases over five months, emphasizing investor-readiness, growth, and founder well-being.

Program Structure

SANDBOX’s unique curriculum is designed around 9 core pillars:

1. Product Development: Emphasis on building a scalable product.
2. Traction: Strategies to improve sales funnel conversion and web traffic.
3. Scaling: Guidance to expand the client base and enhance investor readiness.
4. Financial Diagnostics: In-depth financial insights to prepare for funding rounds.
5. Wellness: Support for founder mental health and well-being.
6. Legal Support: $3,000 worth of legal assistance and access to startup lawyers.
7. Commercial Viability: Focus on strategic execution.
8. Investor Relations: Assistance with pitch reviews and dataroom setups.
9. Growth Marketing: Marketing tactics from SEO to guerilla marketing.

Program Phases

1. Phase 1 – Diagnostics (2 Months): Focuses on diagnostics, product-market fit, and positioning. Concludes with an internal pitch to the SANDBOX Investment Committee. Selected startups progress to Phase 2 and receive the $150,000 investment.

2. Phase 2 – Sprints (3 Months): Concentrates on investor readiness, commercialization, and growth, ending with a Demo Day where founders pitch to global investors.
