The Guarantee Scheme allows you to grow your business with financing solutions that do not dilute your equity, enabling you to maintain control over your company’s ownership and direction while scaling it to new successes.
APPLICATION CRITERIA:
MBRIF’s Guarantee Scheme is perfect for you if you are an innovative company that has already commercialized their product or service and has a clear path to breakeven while fulfilling the following criteria:
- Your company is UAE-based or you are looking to set up your business in the UAE in the near future
- Your business falls under one of the 7 UAE National Innovation Strategy priority sectors
- Your novel technique, product, process or service is in a post ideation phase of development
- Your business has strong market potential
You register and submit an online application.
Stage Two
We run an initial due diligence, checks are made for completeness of application and assessed for potential success.
Stage Three
You make an online payment of the service fee (only of you pass due diligence)
Stage Four
We run an secondary due diligence analyzing innovation, commercial and industry measures. (Additional substantiating documents could be requested from you at this stage)
Stage Five
An independent panel reviews your application and makes the final decision.
Stage Six
The final decision is communicated in the form of a letter of formal intent, if approved. If you already have a lender, the process of signing the needed documents starts immediately
